After reading Miss Ashley's blog I decided to go into the family room and do a mini workout on the treadmill. GO ME. Only about 13 minutes, but I figure that is better than nothing (for several weeks now). I plan on doing another 20 minutes in the morning before I head out. AND...I will go to the Y tomorrow!!!!
